Avocado anyone?

Last night I made avocado pasta. What an interesting concept! It was fantastic too. I will tweak the recipe next time because I rarely make the same thing twice, but here's my recipe from last night:

3 large ripe avocados
1/4c fresh lime juice
1/2 c EVOO
3 large garlic pieces
1/4c sour creme
1 package of McCormick Guac mix

Blend, salt to taste, toss with cooled pasta, sprinkle with your favorite shredded cheese:
