Happy Days

Now that I finally have an oven again, I tried making spaghetti squash last night. I love spaghetti squash, when prepared properly. Wellll... let's say I forgot I had it in the oven. Boooooo! 

So, I made burritos instead. Good stuff! 

Katie's life revolves around bubbles, balloons and balls. I finally got her a bubble blower so that we can get a break from time to time. 

Wednesday, I am trying my hand at beef stew for the first time ever. I'll be reporting on that soon :)
